St Francis of Assisi Playgroup
St Francis of Assisi (SFoA) Catholic Primary School is proud to offer a Playgroup session for existing
siblings and prospective families. As a registered service with Playgroup WA, the SFOA Playgroup
encourages 0-3 year to learn through play.
SFOA Playgroup is coordinated by staff and parents of the school and provides a great way for children to
interact with other children using the facilities and resources of our Early Childhood environment. Within the
supportive and safe school setting, children learn to develop social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills at
our playgroup sessions. It also enhances parent relationships and connections through the social aspect of
coming together as a community.
Many of the resources and activities at the SFoA Playgroup are guided by the Playgroup WA website
www.playgroupwa.com.au, as well as from input from the Early Childhood Educators within our school
community.

SFoA Playgroup is fun! There are many and varied activities, new children to play with and group activities
your children may not experience at home. We look forward to welcoming you and your children to our
dynamic and engaging playgroup program.
