School Nurse

The School Nurse office is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. 

 

The School Nurse provides primary health care to students, staff, and visitors at St Francis.  This includes the treatment of injuries, management of illness, and administration of medication, within the scope of nursing practice. 

Parents/Guardians will be contacted by the nurse during school hours if your child requires medical attention or be picked up from school.

Any medications that need to be administered at school require a School Medication form filled out and handed to the school nurse with the medication in its original packaging.  Please see the form below which can be downloaded and brought in with the medication. This is also available in the school office.
